Terms of Purchase printed items

All printed items ordered are produced by a third party and posted direct to your own address..

Art work is original to Jenny but she may take inspiration from other ideas.

Terms on Commissions

Jenny will keep you informed as regards to the art work she is painting for you.

​

All time lines are estimated

​

A deposit must be paid in order for work to start.

Balance is due upon completion. An invoice or money request will be sent to your email address.

Check ins and questions regarding what you require may be needed to complete your order.

Please also ensure you send over clear photos for Jenny to use.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your finished art,  Jenny will work with you to make sure you are happy.

A digital copy with watermark will be sent to you for your approval before posting

Once your commission piece is approved by yourself and posted out and received no refunds given

Every attempt is made to ensure your original arrives unchanged and unscathed.
